3. Head black ; thorax scarlet ; pectus and legs black ; abdomen
black with the basal and base of 2nd segment scarlet. F ore wing
fuscous black, the interspaces hyaline irrorated with fuscous scales :
the terminal band expanding on apical area. Hind wing hyaline
irrorated with fuscous, the veins and margins rather widely fuscous
black.
